Aupair "The Kiwi Connection" fondly known as 'KIWI AUPAIR' is based in Auckland, New Zealand with a population of approx. 2 million people. Auckland has a huge multicultural population and spreads out north, as far as Orewa, south to Pukekohe, west Helensville and east to Maraetai. Kiwi Aupair extends its services through out New Zealand and has families as far south as Queenstown, northeast to Hawkes Bay, the Bay of plenty and east to New Plymouth and the middle north island.MEREANA MASTNY a well experienced Owner/Operator provides to both families and candidates a professional and excellent service.

KIWI AUPAIR will focus on finding good people with excellent childcare skills,who have a genuine love for children and who enjoy being with them, ensuring their safety during the parent's absence. Kiwi Aupair will also ensure that families will be accorded one on one service if and when requested. The families will be matched with a candidate deemed suitable according to the requested age of the children. i.e. a candidate will not be offered to families who has not had experience with under 3 year olds as sole charge. It is preferred that these candidates work alongside mother's in the home or if sole charge must produce reference to show they have worked with this age group.

We work with agencies in Europe, Japan, Korea, Sth America, the Balkan Countries, and Scandinavian countries, almost all of the countries who can apply for working holiday visas. During a candidates stay with a family it is important to treat her with kindness and respect knowing that she is a visitor to our shores And away from her family. Aupairs are also requested to observe the difference in the home, to be confidential at all times, to acknowledge good habits and manners and respect at all times the privacy of the family.

Families can Register and should do as soon as they know they want to receive information about aupairs. We receive full CV details of new candidates in most cases several months before they want to arrive. It is advisable that families and candidates be in communication well before arrival.

Communication between families and candidates by email, telephone or video to ensure suitability is very important. If either party feel they are not compatible you are advised to contact the Agency immediately to be supplied with a new family or candidate.

Payment: Families will be sent a Placement Invoice as soon as flight details have been confirmed. |
